claude AI access — last updated 28 August 2026.

Who this covers

This application has exactly one user: the individual who owns it and the Google account it authenticates against. It is not distributed, not offered as a service, and collects no data from anyone else. If you are reading this and are not that person, this application holds nothing of yours.

What it accesses

Only the owner's own Google account, and only after the owner has explicitly granted consent. Specifically: Gmail messages and labels, the ability to send mail as that account, and Google Drive files that account can reach.

What it stores

Only the credentials needed to maintain the owner's own authorisation. These are held securely, are never shared, and are accessible only to the owner.

Message content and file content are not copied to any third-party service, not retained after the task that required them, and not used to train anything.

What it shares

Nothing. There are no third parties, no analytics, no advertising, and no data transfers. Data is exchanged only between the owner's machine and Google's own APIs.

Retention and revocation

Credentials persist until revoked. The owner can revoke this application's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately and permanently ends its ability to reach the account.

Limited use

This application's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Contact

The owner is the sole operator and the sole data subject. Contact is via the support email registered on the application's Google Cloud OAuth consent screen.
